Graham Construction interview questions

Interview was very relaxed and conversational, they are very passionate about the company. A mix of resume questions about career choices why did you leave xyz job, why did you choose to pursue this path etc and behavioural.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized, beginning with a professional phone screening followed by an in-person interview at the site office. HR was responsive, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process.
