The recruiter was super communicative and moved me through the process fast. Everyone was really nice. I felt like I could’ve been prepped a little better for the interviews but overall that was fine. What left me with a sour taste in my mouth was how it ended. Toward final rounds, it took almost 2 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me. Then to top it off, I was rejected via email on a Saturday. If you’re in TA, you should know that is preventable. A little personalization, attention to detail, and a kinder approach would’ve gone a long way.
