I was emailed in response to my resume. I got a scheduled interview. I also came back for a second interview. First interview was with HR. Second interview was with HR as well as CEO.

I was asked about my past experience. What brings me to Seattle since all my past jobs were in California. I was also asked about a time that I had a conflict at work and how I handled it.
