Starts with a phone screening, 1 Interview online then an in person interview and then decide a start date and go from there. It was super simple and easy to communicate with the people.
The interview process for Goosehead was a great natural experience. Everyone was personable and open, and it seemed like a healthy work environment. The questions were natural. It was not an intimidating interview.
