Two interviews. First one was a phone interview. Second one was in person with a Three person panel. Looked at attitude and competency. Pretty easy to get the job at the time. Good company while they lasted.
The interview process went well. It was initiated by a process of involvement that proceeded to question the proprietary skills that I had developed over time in order to be qualified for the position that I was currently applying to.
Sat down with GM and had a standard get to know you conversation in addition to interview questions. Took me on the sales floor and gave me scenarios to act out to get a grasp on my selling abilities.
