First chat with the Talent team - Hiring manager chat - Competency Interview - Final Interview, including meeting a senior team member and completing a personality assessment. Clear timelines and guidance provided. Largely focused on culture fit each time due to the nature of the business.

Working style: how I worked with changing priorities and scope.
I was ghosted after the first round interview, despite the recruiter saying that I was through to the second round. I sent a follow-up message on LinkedIn after the interview and then another ~2 weeks later. Both were ignored. If this is how candidates are treated then how are employees treated?

Interview
First stage interview. Interviewee made no attempt to settle into the interview spoke about being back to back all day, zero warmth, clock watching and didn’t not allow any time for any questions. The recruiter (junior) then asked for feedback which couldn’t provide because I had not had a chance to ask questions!
