I applied online. I interviewed at Global Partners (Boston, MA) in Jan 2026
Interview
This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've had. The HR joined the call 10 minutes late, and after only a few minutes of conversation, a team call interrupted the interview. The call was ended abruptly without an apology, explanation, or attempt to reschedule. I also sent a follow-up email and never received a response.
Got an interview currently going through the interviews. Done with the phone interview. And got to know about the further process of another interview with a team member if selected for the next round

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Global Partners (Waltham, MA)
Interview
I recently completed the interview process with Global Partners, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The process included five conversations: a phone screen, two panel interviews, and a final on-site meet and greet with a tour. Each step was clear, well-organized, and gave me a genuine understanding of the role.
What stood out most was how engaged and thoughtful the team was. Every person I met was present, welcoming, and invested in the conversation. The onsite visit made a strong impression. The environment felt calm, employee-focused, and genuinely connected.
I appreciated that the process allowed both sides to understand fit. They take hiring seriously in a way that feels respectful rather than transactional. It showed me the kind of culture they are building and what they value.
Overall, it was one of the strongest interview experiences I have been part of. If you are considering a role with Global Partners, the process speaks clearly to who they are as an employer.
