Really slow communication, and I felt taken advantage of. After two months and multiple interviews they asked for spec work, aka free labor to create marketing content. If you’re going to ask me to take time out of my day to create for you, hire me or file a W2. After spending hours working on a spec project, I got a generic email to inform me they went with someone else, and did not respond when I followed up with more information. This company did not respect my time or energy as a potential employee, makes me wonder how they treat their actual employees.
