via "Vetted Talent" program, they reach me out in linkedin, and give short voice call (HR interview & english speaking test) then ask me to fill the registration form and receiving link of online theoritical test, if we pass then continue to technical test case (coding / algo) if we pass again then there will be invited to technical interview to test our code , after we pass it then waiting for offer from client that fit with us , there will be final stage user interview to discuss about introduction and culture fit in their company.
