It was a multi stage interview process. Starting with a simple coding exercise. Then doing web cam 1:1 interview. After that another, more difficult, coding exercise. Followed by technical live interview by a small panel of engineers. And finishing off with a chat with CEO. Over all it went very quick, took about 2 weeks to go though the process.

I was based in Singapore when I applied for the role. During my application, the interview process was divided into 3 different stages: 1. Chat with the CEO - This is a casual over the phone chat in which the CEO asked me about my skills, experiences, and motivation for applying. I also asked heaps of questions about the company, how it started, and where it's headed at. Overall, it was a fruitful conversation which lasted for 30minutes. After the call, I received the programming challenge via email. 2. Programming challenge - The programming challenge is really challenging (and fun at the same time!). After submitting my solution, I had another round of interview but this time it's with GC's engineers. We had a good chat mostly related to my experience, tech, and my solution for the programming challenge. After the tech interview, the CEO invited me to fly to Sydney for an on site and final interview. 3. On site interview - This is a full day pairing session with the engineers. It's really cool since we're building something that's going to get pushed to production after the day! It's amazing to see what they've built over the years. Overall, the interview process was pretty sweet and efficient. 👍
