Gesac interview questions

On stage - presented a track as if teaching a class - had a panel watching me - i had to bring my own music and dress appropriately, introduce my track , provide options and bring my references . This was followed up by phone interview , health check at another location , police check and working with children checks . Then a tour of the facility. Various classes were offered to me and i had to confirm my availability and my reliability with references , I was then given 3 months probation to make sure people attended my classes - which they did and im still there 3 years later and taking about 10 classes a week
