I was approached through a consultancy to work on their pay role. Interview was scheduled on a weekend. Mid level engineer conducted a technical interview. Questions varied from being standard interview ones to through and through concepts of course subjects like strength of materials, mechanical vibrations, machine design. Interview might last close to an hour. I was also made to wait for a long time for my face to face, may be because lesser number of persons available on the day. The interviewer was helpful, had so much patience. It was a great experience
