Followed by a zoom meeting with someone directly on the project you would be onboarded for. typical questions regarding your background and a few sample cases for how you would resolve different issues.
Obviously there were several applicants so the turnaround time between interviews were long winded. My issue involves how long it takes to receive word back - the last thing i heard before receiving a rejection was 3 weeks long. I would have understood if there was more communication on your standing, giving you more time to focus your efforts elsewhere, but this place wont accommodate that luxury. The problem nowadays is all these companies want to find their unicorn rather than just hire someone who is competent. Given this process, I am glad I am moving away from GDIT
