Usually 2-3 interviews with management/recruiter. They hire for in house sales agents only. Rochester Branch just started up so interviews were held in The Holiday Inn. They have a new office set up now. Hiring managers were very cordial. You definitely need to provide them with some sales experience. You can't fake it.
