The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a GD which consisted of a technical and a non-technical round. The second round was an interview consisting both technical and HR questions. The third round was another interview conducted by the MD of the company. This interview consisted of technical and HR questions as well.

Questions were asked based on mechanical engineering subjects like IC engines, manufacturing and thermodynamics. Some questions were based on the technical GD conducted earlier. Few questions were asked based on projects and experiences mentioned in the resume. HR questions based on leadership, team work and career goals were asked too. Some examples of these are:
1. What is the efficiency of an IC engine? Why is it so low?
2. How would you manufacture a shaft with minimal material wastage?
3. Where do you see yourself in five years?
4. What is leadership?
