The interview process mainly testing your personality and your attitude, nothing much on the technical side especially for the graduate engineer role. I believe the interviewer would like to listen to the honest answer from the candidates.

Interview
Overall quite easy going. Your usual questions plus a personality assessment. The recruiting team is quite friendly which makes the interview process easier. They don't expect you to have extensive previous experience as long as you can showcase some good soft skills.
