Received call to schedule interview, met with hiring supervisor(s) in their offices for about 20 minute interviews, received tour of building and laboratories. The next day I received a phone call from the lab director and had a short phone interview. Received official job offer via email the next day.

Interview was held with 5 separate people over the course of two hours. The questions did not vary between interviewers. They are very interested on your work ethic and views on overtime.
