The interview is for the third round for the financial analyst position; I cleared the first aptitude round back in August and then got ghosted. Then again, I got a call back in April, was asked to redo the aptitude round and case study, and solved both, then again got ghosted; now I got a call asking for round 3 of the interview.

Currently, they just asked to solve the case study and read from the PDF they sent on email and prepare for an Excel test about which they said is time-based and I have to solve as many as possible.

Interview
The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a team member and then manager. Interviews are conducted via zoom.
The interview process was very well put together. It was multiple rounds each with a specific level of team member. They were all through zoom and had a basic test.
