I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GW Plastics (Barre, VT)
Interview
The interview process was well organized and I was able to meet a lot of people who currently worked for the company. It seemed at the time all of the engineers were older so they were looking for talent who wanted to learn the business and stick around. I was not a fan of the location personally

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GW Plastics (Marín) in Mar 2011
Interview
By a headhunter the first contact was made. The person who did this made the arrangements to date an interview with the company and the panel. This took around a couple of weeks.
Then the first contact was done with the HHRR and Plant Managers.
Then after a week a 3rd interview by phone was done with the Vice-president of the division.
