I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at GSK (Collegeville, PA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The whole process took 5 months. First was a phone screener by someone in HR who knew very little about the position. Second, 2 months later, a phone interview with the hiring manager. Third, an in-person panel interview with 5 people a month after that. Did not hear anything from anyone after that. Four weeks later I checked the HR website and saw that the status of my application was "unsuccessful". While I understand that I didn't make the final cut, I think putting someone through that many rounds of interviews over so much time, and then not having the decency to tell them they didn't get the job was extremely poor form. Definitely need to upgrade their HR practices. Also, some of the emails I got from HR earlier in the process were addressed to the wrong name.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GSK (London, England)
Interview
First one is required to complete a series of online assessments, if successful the next step is to do a video interview with a few managers and after that some receive an offer.
I applied for the job through their website (careers site). HR called me to gauge my interest and to ask general questions then I was brought in for an interview in the office (not in 2020).
