I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GNC (Fort Wayne, IN) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process varies. I was familiar with the current employees and they were able to help me get an interview with the manager. She asked me about my current product knowledge.
Initial phone call describing the job duties and asking how I can fulfill those duties. Then an in person interview where I was asked about my product knowledge and sales experience. I was offered the job that day.

Question 1
A customer wants a product at GNC because they are loyal to the company, but the same product is on sale at a nearby store. Should you offer to sell it at the same price even though it is against company policy?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GNC (Charleston, SC) in May 2022
Interview
Brief and on the phone, simply checked your basic knowledge of the products you would be selling and make sure you are willing to learn. Most of the required information was trained on the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GNC (Thornhill, ON)
Interview
Interview itself was average, but the background work was intense. Interview was revolved around general questions such as availability, previous selling experience, any experience with supplements and health products etc. All references were contacted for lengthy discussions. A bit excessive for such an entry level job.
