Interview
I interviewed at their Grovetown location and was greeted by one of the engineering managers, who toured me around the facility. I was told that I was actually applying for two positions in two different engineering departments. The manager for the other department was running late, so the first manager was apologetic and showed me around the facility. When Jim, the second manager, eventually showed up, the interview started with the two engineering managers, who asked questions to detail my experience in my projects/internships. Jim asked a lot of questions that didn't seem relevant to the job or being successful at work, and missed some important details of my responses, requiring me to reiterate my experience numerous times to where it became frustrating. After the main part of the interview, Jim showed me around the facility, introduced me to more colleagues, and administered a test of 20 FE-style questions for me to complete in 40 minutes.

Interview
An outside recruiter submitted my resume to the local HR for direct hiring considerations. There were three interview sessions. First with HR, the second with the GM, and the third with HR, the GM, and the CS manager. The corporate HR at their main facility had me take an online behavior type assessment. The hiring decision took over a month.
