Interview
Basic online application, CV, transcript, some questionnaires, then got called up to go to the assessment centre where I did the cognitive computer test, one on one behavioural interview and then a group activity at the end.

Tell us about yourself? Describe a time where you had to quickly adapt? Describe a time where you were under pressure? Why GHD? What do you know about GHD?
Standard process - online interview, assessment center, and lastly face to face interview.
The assessment center was working together in groups on tasks given. Online interview were standard behavioral questions.

Interview
After my online application, I was called by HR to come for an interview. The interview was with a panel of 2: the Service Group Manager and another member of the team. Standard interview questions, e.g. 5-year plan, technical questions, strengths and weaknesses, what can you offer and what do you want in return (personal achievements, not a pay discussion)
