Only did one interview and got through. Was told on site that they did the background check on me beforehand. So l didn't get asked loads of questions or any silly skill tests. It ended up going fairly smoothly and pleasantly. But the salary didn't get discussed as the interviewer didn't have authority to discuss it. It is a little disappointing and turned out the actual offer was lower than what was expected. But it was compensated by nice office environment.
