Had an AI interview, it was about 10 questions with a lot of overlap/repetition. I waited a couple weeks then reached out to the recruiter on dice - no response. A week later the job had a new recruiter; reached out on dice directly and again no response. Then the next day the posting was removed. Another waste of time to prepare and repeatedly follow up.

Question 1
How do you handle situations where stakeholders and technical teams have different interpretations of a requirement?
I was contacted by recruitor Garrett Killion via LinkedIn. I replied to him in within 5 minutes and never heard from him again. Not sure why he would even reach out unless he was meeting some type of quota. Looking for a job is hard enough w/o recruiters containing you about cake jobs. Please do better!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GDH Consulting (Fayetteville, AR) in Mar 2021
Interview
recruiter reached out to me for an opportunity with Tyson foods. Interviews was straight forward and pretty easy, since they are looking to fill spots asap for contract work. Second interview was with hiring manager from Tyson, and with the help of the recruiter I aced the interview.
