      Junior Software Engineer Interview

      15 Aug 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Skopje
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at G+D Netcetera (Skopje)

      Interview

The whole process is 3 interviews. - The first one is technical interview, presenting your skills and past projects, also you are asked to solve one simple problem. Most of the questions will be connected to the projects that you worked on. - The second one is testing, you are put on a computer without internet and given 3 algorithmic problems (fairly simple). You have 3 hours to solve them. If you have any questions ask, i think it is part of the testing. - The third interview is more to get to know you, no previous preparation needed for this one. Keep it relaxed, like talking to your friend.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Skopje
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at G+D Netcetera (Skopje) in Jun 2019

      Interview

The interview process consists of 4 stages: 1. Introduction interview combined with technical questions about your experience and 1 technical task that you need to solve on a blackboard 2. Solving technical tasks (3 of them, you got 4 hours) in their offices on a Windows Machine in InteliJ 3. Technical Interview with 2 senior developers (mostly about your experience) 4. HR interview (which I didn't reach) Usually you don't continue to the next phase if they are rejecting you at certain point. Their explanation why I didn't get the job was my strong attitude that I wanted to learn and work with developers more knowledgeable than me.
