I was asked questions about my support knowledge, schooling, past job experience. I was interviewed by the Manager of Support. During this process, there was another team member present.

Interview
Very friendly, seemed to focus more on my overall personality and how I would fit with the rest of the staff. Interviewer knew I was a recent college graduate, and was very approachable to questions that I had for them as well.

Interview
Since the company was very interested in having an experienced technical writer, I was nearly guaranteed the job, provided I didn't mess anything up in the interview.
The interview itself was a relatively casual process, more like a conversation and less like an interrogation. I was given a tour of the building and introduced to several people as well.
