I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Further Food in Nov 2021
Interview
If I had to sum up the process in one work it would be 'Thorough'
There are a few different stages of the interview process, first meeting with the Chief of Staff, then management for the role you're applying for, followed with a homework assignment, a third interview with the respective team you'd be working with reviewing that homework assignment, and the final stage meeting with the CEO.
Yes, it's a bit lengthy, but as an applicant this process gives you the opportunity to see the company culture, meet everyone you'd be working closely with, and really gives you an idea if you'd enjoy working there.

Question 1
What would your previous supervisor say about you and what would they say are your strengths and weaknesses?
It was a challenging yet thoughtful interview process with key leaders within the organization. There was a balance of questions around my skill set, cultural fit, and my personal development objectives.

Question 1
What do I bring to the table that differentiates me from other candidates?
Horrible interview (interrogation). All questions were around every single aspect of all my past roles. The two people questioning me seems confused about every answer given. I’ve never had an interview where I learned zero information about the company and every aspect of their interrogation was negative.

Question 1
All questions were around every single aspect of all my past roles asking names of every person I worked for - that seemed really invasive and the CEO even checked one person on LinkedIn during the interview to make sure the name I gave was a real person!
