Interview
Interview was setup through email. Interview was with the manager that would be supervising me as well as the VP of the department I would be working in. Nothing too out of the ordinary came up in the questioning.

Interview
First you apply to the program and then you are contacted by HR. Interview is pretty standard and if they really like you they may let you know right then and there if you get the internship. My interview was via phone but some interns who live in NY during school year went in for face-to-face interviews.
