I then got a phone interview through HR, and met with the supervisor of the department for another interview. I was offered the job the next business day by HR. The overall process took one week.

Fairly straight forward and to the point. Few emails back and fourth setting up different parts of interview process. Applying, screening, interviewing, then moving forward to health screenings and such to document so that you can be qualified for the job and make sure you are physically capable of doing the job.
