The interview process began with the submission of both a resume and cover letter describing past relevant experience and skills that could contribute to effectively satisfying all job requirements and tasks as a summer associate. After submitting a resume and cover letter, the employer selected job candidates for an in person interview, which was conducted at the employer's office. The interview lasted approximately forty-five minutes.
