- The interview process was not well organized. - Surprises and no coordination during the interviewing process. - They already gave great feedback and gave me an offer but they decided not to proceed after I shared honestly my feedback and asked for what the company offers to support my development growth. - I have to say many people I have met were nice but I think the main issue that they have no coordination and everybody works in a different world. - They said I am a great asset and they offered a salary and then after sharing honest feedback, they decided not to proceed which was super unprofessional.
