I had three interviews. Step one was with hiring manager only. Next, I had an interview with the team lead and tge hiring manager. Lastly I had an interview with other department heads

It was average. Situational scenario questions. They wanted to know a scenario, how you handled it, and the results after the situation. So having scenarios that you can use in multiple situations is beneficial.

Interview

Phone screen followed by on site interview with a panel of current employees. Then a drug screening and back ground check was completed and references were checked. Once all came back I started with training team.
