I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Form Energy (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jun 2023
Interview
The entire process was awesome - streamlined and smooth. The recruiter - Jamal Lewis did an absolutely phenomenal job of indicating timelines, informing me regarding the next steps, and working with the timeline/other offers I had. The process consisted of 2 rounds of screening (recruiter & hiring manager) following which I had to present a previous project to a panel (followed by breakout sessions with about 2 interviewers in each session). The questions I was asked were mainly technical & related to the project I presented. In conclusion, the entire process from start to end was organized well and I appreciate it!
