The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2012
Interview
The regional recruiter contacted me to attend an on site "presentation" and meet with the manager. The regional recruiter did not conduct a phone interview, offer information about the organization, or the position. I was curious about the opportunity and attended the interview where I was greeted by approximately 10 other candidates who had no idea we all were being interviewed for the same position. I had did research on Glassdoor the night before but unfortunately I had already traveled 3 hours to get there. All of the previous reviews are accurate. It is a group setting where the manager tries to sell you their organization at the very end she says it is 100% commission but tries to equate it to doctor and lawyer practices. Then she called us into the room for a 1:1 where she asked about 3 questions and then offered me back for a second interview. I accepted but I will not be wasting my gas or time to go back.
I applied online. I interviewed at Foresters Financial (Walnut Creek, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
It starts with a group interview where we were told about the company, the job duties, training and discussed about case studies. After the group interview, each candidate were held into individual interviews which was really short. They asked around 5 questions. If you pass the first round you might be asked to come in for the second process of the interview.
