Shane rescheduled more than 3 times and on the day of the interview he cancelled and said the position is now on hold. Shows lack of professionalism and preparation as well zero respect for peoples time.
The hiring manager was extremely unprofessional. He rescheduled my interview 4 times and after the 4th time I never replied back. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. It’s obvious the company needs to reevaluate their hiring team before hiring on more people.

Interview
Interview was very straightforward. First phone meeting with the recruiter (which happened to also be a founder of the company). Second interview in person with the hiring manager, 3rd interview with the regional VP over the phone. From first interview to hire was about a 3 week process.
