Florida Rising interview questions

It was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. First, they change the title of the position from a Manager to an Executive Assistant. After that, I spoke with HR twice as they forgot about a scheduled call. After connecting, an interview was set up with the hiring manager. Without any notice, the meeting was cancelled and finally rescheduled for 6 weeks later. What professional organization would do that? I now see I dodged a bullet as the HR contact is no longer with the firm. Also, the Executive Director is stepping down. All the reviews you read are correct. For an organization that "assists" Florida, they are in dire need of their own assistance before they can conduct business correctly and efficiently.

Went completely silent on me after TWO MONTHS of interviewing. The staff members I was supposed to interview with were “on a retreat” during our scheduled interview time. The entire organization comes across as disorganized.
