The interview process with FFA was genuinely impressive and left me with a very positive experience. The conversation felt professional yet comfortable, and the interviewer asked thoughtful, relevant questions that allowed me to showcase my strengths. Everything was clearly explained, from the role expectations to the company culture, and the interviewer made sure I had the space to ask questions of my own.
Straight forward 1 with manager, 1 with vice president, ask questions about behavioral, as well as sales and client facing role experiences. Straight forward, fast interviewing. You should know within 2 weeks whether you get the job

There were 2-3 rounds of interviews which were pretty straightforward. FFA values work ethic and integrity more than experience, though experience obviously helps. The interviews covered expertise & licensure required as well as expectations and compensation once hired.
