Fairly straightforward. You will be expected to demonstrate your skills, prepare to be tested on proof reading and if you are expected to produce a presentation, triple check for errors, these will be called out.

Question 1
What skills do you have that you can bring to the table?
Technical and competency questions were asked. Interviewed by 2 people over zoom. Definitely need to prepare for the interview. They were willing to give feedback post interview if you ask them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Flame PR (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a Skype interview since I live in another country. The interview was scheduled 3 times, and no one called TWO of the three times. Finally, after I reminded them, the CEO called the third time. I did not think the job was a good fit to start and I already had another offer but decided to go ahead out of curiosity. Big mistake. The job they were looking to fill had nothing to do with what was advertised and clearly no resumes had been pre-screened for job suitability. All of that would be fine if this 'company' had been remotely polite. The interviewer was rude, dismissive and completely unprepared. Approach this place with caution.

Question 1
Only question asked was "Tell me about yourself." No eye-contact was made. The person was clearly reading my resume for the first time.
