Clear, objective and friendly interview process from the beginning. Three steps.
1 - Chat with the Head of People about experiences and see if I could be a good fit for the company
2 - Interview with the Head of Product with more specific question about previous experiences and skills set.
3 - A home assignment and presentation for the whole team at their office.
I must say, although I didn't get an offer, this was one of the most clear interview process I’ve ever been through. Quick decision maker, clear communication and pretty straight-forward approach. Well done!
