The Interview was good and it covered everything. Both interviewers were knowledgeable and helpful. The position was explained thoroughly and expectations were outlined concisely. Overall a good experience. If there wasn't another position at another company, I would have accepted the position that was offered to me.

Applied online, although there was no salary range posted for role. HR contacted me quickly for a phone screen. I learned the salary range was quite low, but was told the perks made up for it. Perks included federal holidays off, both sick time and PTO, a hybrid model (but you had to work on-site for the first 90 days), and a stipend to buy logo clothing -- a requirement to wear, even for back office employees. Questions were standard, but there was a lot of emphasis on rating your experience with specific marketing software/programs for social. My salary requirements were higher than their range. I didn't not get a 2nd interview.
