The interview seemed like it wasn't planned. Questions were fairly easy to answer. Hardest question they asked me was about their construction processes. I left the interview feeling confident and received an offer.

Interview
Great interviewing process. The company representative, Aaron, was very knowledgeable of company’s history and the position I was applying for. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

Interview
I applied online because the general requirements are knowing Microsoft Office and having a HS diploma. A recruiter called twice to schedule an interview. It seems like they really needed an entry level inspector. When I went to the interview, he didn't ask me much. Just told me what they do and showed me the lab. I had no experience but was willing to learn. I think they needed someone with (ACI) construction certifications, but their job postings did not mention it to be a requirement. Anyways, they told me they would speak to management about hiring but I did not get a call back.
