Favor interview questions

Initial interview with HR representative about 30 minutes. 2nd interview with Practice Manager around 30 minutes. 3rd interview is peer interview lasting an hour with clinical questions. Then an offer is made rather quickly by HR for a non-negotiable rate.

The recruiter was very transactional and did not seem to have the knowledge of a recruiter with a tech background. The first interviewer I met with asked questions that showed very little knowledge or experience in what the role entails. It was not a good impression and a red flag for me. I think it was clear with the lack of offer that we were not aligned.
