They has a recruiter interview which lasted for 30 mins. After the HR interview (which went really well), I was ghosted for 2 weeks. No rejection email until I was persistent with following up on process steps forward

Interview process was smooth, swift, and thorough. Everyone was very polite and supportive. They want to ensure a skills fit and also a culture fit. This is a great company to work for. You can tell by the way people interact during the interview, everyone loved their jobs and works hard.
