Question 1
how I would approach solving a real-world problem in a team setting, emphasizing collaboration, analytical thinking, and time management
I applied online. I interviewed at FNZ (Brno) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process as follow: - Phone interview - HR interview - GIA test - Assessment center - Final interview The whole process took over 3 months, around 15 hours of interviews and tests participation, and countless hours of preparation, researching about the company, culture, products, etc. (they require you to spend your own time to do those researches, and ask about them in every single interview). After the final interview, I waited 2 months and receive no reply at all. I emailed the HR recruiter to ask if there is any news or feedback. 2 weeks later, still no reply. I knew I probably failed, but wanted some feedback so I called the recruiter directly. Recruiter answered and just said that they found a better match, and she would send me my feedback later through my email. And yet 1 month after the phone call, there's still nothing. During every meeting with FNZ (interviews, meetings), they keep reminding applicants that they are such a "big" company and they expect a lot from us. But I have never seen any big company treats candidates that disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Some of my friends working for FNZ also have nothing positive to talk about it. In conclusion, the interview process is long and tiring and somewhat silly ( regarding the questions they ask). The company representatives are arrogant but are NOT very brilliant in their own fields. My only impression about them is how much they keep reminding me that they are such a "big" company. In my opinion, through their answers to my questions, I could tell that they stick with FNZ mainly because they don't have many other options. Totally not worth it. PS: In case you are ghosted or rejected like I was, don't let such terrible company discourage your job search. I started looking for other jobs and receive offers from Microsoft and Meta. Best regards to all of you that are searching for a job!

Question 1
Financial questions, math & logic questions (5th grade level), and a lot of questions about how much you know about FNZ, even about some ridiculous stats that I'm sure even their employees don't really care.
