Talked to one engineer, he read off questions and then wrote down my answers. He seemed to not care about interviewing me the moment I sat down. I was told at the end of the interview I would hear back either way, two weeks later never heard back from them.

This is the second stage of interview. First you are given 15 minutes to present your finding from the given case study. Itz something like role play to convince your client to accept your proposal... After the presentation it continue with panel interview where abd 3 managers and HR will interview you.
