I had 2 interviews. Both went really well. The HR even called me at 9pm in order to schedule another interview. Suddenly, after the last interview, they told me they would give me an answer in the week after. The answer never came, and this was almost 2 months ago. What is more sad about it, is that I send two emails to the people I had the interview and that used to call me, and never received an answer. Also, I tried to call several times, never picked up or called me Back.

The interviewer could not gauge that I was over-experienced for a Customer Service role. She just screened the CV on the basis of the keyword “retail”, in my opinion. Nowhere in my CV did I have Customer Service experience! And to then state the position was entry level when I had 10+ years of experience as a Buyer made me want to weep in frustration! They kill your motivation for jobs in Portugal - no wonder every capable young person wants to leave the country!

Buscam atendimento humanizado, mas não agem dessa forma com os candidatos. Primeiro recebi uma ligação do RH e depois marcaram uma reunião com a supervisora da área, na conversa ela elogiou bastante tudo que falou e disse que entrariam em contato até tal dia. Tal dia chegou e não entraram em contato, uma pena. Depois recebi uma mensagem automática me parabenizando por chegar às fases finais e que seguiriam com outra pessoa. Pouco coerente.

Dopo un lungo processo di selezione, sono stata scartata senza aver ricevuto nemmeno un feedback. Inoltre, Mi era stato proposto uno stipendio misero considerato lo stile di vita portoghese, gli affitti e il costo della vita. Per niente calibrato con l’azienda.
