It's pretty easy with GD and PI/Demo. Anybody who can speak good English can crack it. There'll be a demo session where you may have to teach any quants or verbal topic. You don't have to be flawless as the bar is not set too high.

First round was Group discussion then second round was demo. After that HR interview. If we cleared Group discussion we will crack the demo. It contains 2 types one is technical then another one is aptitude. I choose technical.
