I applied online and was referred by a friend. I scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter, she was unresponsive to half of my emails and when I tried to confirm me call time she send me a google invite but no email message. When we had the call she was 10 minutes late and called me from her car, while she was clearly driving and distracted. This threw me off and was incredibly unprofessional. She was rude and definitely was not taking notes. After the interview i followed up via email three times and never heard back from her, not even to tell me that they would be moving forward with other candidates.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
