Everstrat interview questions

Fairly straightforward. First an appointment for an initial discussion over the phone, and then an F2F if shortlisted. However, the discussion over the phone itself was so detailed and interesting, I was offered the role about a day later. There was no F2F meeting required. The phone discussion ended up being almost an hour long. Spoke to the manager and the co-founder.
